Hello, Swooners!!!
I have been swarmed with deadlines, but I called in some amazing friends to help me out this week’s post. They are going to share three Swoon-Worthy heroes they fell for, and I hope you’ll fall too!
So, right about now, people are probably wondering…why Daryl? And why #TWD ? He’s not in a romantic relationship, although there are hardcore #shippers who imagine #Caryl riding off on Daryl’s motorcycle into the walker free horizon. I’ll admit, some of my favorite “AW” moments involve these too, but even without Carol, Daryl would be totally Swoon-Worthy. It’s the way he interacts with the whole group, from Season Two on, that makes Daryl a guy to fall for.

The hero I will be introducing you to puts the sex in sexy, that’s for sure. If you haven’t pre-ordered Black Listed, it is the fourth novel in Shelly Bell’s Benediction series. It is Erotic Romantic Suspense and it is definitely H-A-W-T! And so is our hero, Sawyer Hayes; billionaire, CEO, tech genius, alpha/dominant…
Don’t know what Benediction is? Well, it is a BDSM club and all of the books (from the White Collared serials to Black Listed) have several scenes take place in the club and all of the heroes and heroines meet and fall in love because they share a common interest; kink.
This year, I made a promise to myself that I would read more. Since starting this writing journey, I found myself reading less and less each year. Not that I stopped loving books, but like a lot of writers, I would start to compare my writing to others or even feel guilty for reading when I could be working. (Stupid, I know, but there it is.) I even started doing the Goodreads challenges to calculate how many books I was reading in my spare time. Sadly, in 2015, I barely broke twenty-five. I know. For a girl who used to devour six or seven books in a week, this was just pitiful.
In 2016, my goal is fifty. One of the books I’ve picked up is The Beauty of Lies and boy, am I so glad I did. Because Leo, let me tell you, is hot. He’s sexy. He is kind, and caring and vulnerable and strong and…okay, so sometimes he can be dumb, just like every hero, but overall, Leo definitely falls into the Swoon-Worthy category. Plus, I mean, have you seen Berry’s cover for The Beauty of Lies? So gorgeous!!!
This week on Swoon-Worthy Heroes, I thought you might be getting sick of my opinion…

So, I have waited three months to do this guy, mainly because I didn’t want to be too obvious with my affections.
After Matthew Goode stole my heart in Chasing Liberty, I was ravenous to see his adorable face again. So, when the romantic comedy, Leap Year, came out with Amy Adams (who BTW, got one of her first speaking roles on Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV Show),I couldn’t wait to see it.
But if I thought Matthew Goode was cute with his native British accent, hearing his Irish brogue made my ovaries explode. Not to mention his character, Declan O’Callaghan, is a surly, sarcastic arse nursing a broken heart and sporting a rapier wit.
What’s not to love, right?
Have you ever read a Sophie Jordan book? This woman does it all; from YA and NA to Paranormal and Historical, Sophie has written some amazing books…and her latest contemporary series boasts to be her most intense yet.
