Happy New Year! Today is the first Release Tuesday of the new year! So many great books are out today. I’m looking forward to reading Jamie K. Schmidt’s new book, Life’s a Beach, the first in her new Hawaii Heat trilogy! I got the chance to hear her read from it yesterday at Lady Jane’s Salon and can’t wait to start! What books are you most excited about?

Many people have books they love to go back to again and again whether it’s to re-experience the power of the story, seek comfort in familiarity, or even need a palate cleanse after a string of less than satisfactory reads. My usual go to re-reads are the Harry Potter series and the Twilight series. There are others that I enjoy rereading but those two series are my go to for comfort and nostalgia.
