Deltaredemption
Jase had his life mapped out in front of him. He was the leader of SEAL Team Phantom and planned to continue moving up in the ranks, until he met his mentor’s daughter. Falling for Brooke Frazee wasn’t on his agenda, but from the moment he saw the Admiral’s daughter, all bets were off.

Brooke’s life wasn’t always easy, but she dreamed of someday finding her happily ever after. She never planned on falling for a military man like her father, until she unexpectedly meets Jase Tyler at her door. The thought of being with him both terrified and excited her.

Jase knew Brooke was the woman for him. After declaring their love for each other they were forced to part ways, for reasons Brooke will never understand. Jase is left with his heart in shreds as he’s shipped off on a mission, unsure of his return. Will war make him forget everything he’s leaving behind or will his mission leave him branded as a traitor?

Brooke was shattered when Jase left, but she was forced to move on with her life even though her dreams had changed. She’s not prepared when the man from her past walks back through the door, or for the secrets they uncover while on the run from danger.

Jase, no longer a member of Phantom Team, but not knowing who else he can trust to protect what he holds dear, calls on his former SEAL Team. As they reunite as a unit and work together, they find out that nothing is what it seems. If Jase and Brooke live through the coming days, will their love be able to endure when the dust settles?

Hi, thank you so much for having me here at EverAfter Romance. I was of course a reader long before I ever became an author. Reading saved my sanity, and gave me the passion to follow my dreams, which is how romance has shaped me as not only a reader but an author. You see, when my youngest was born, he had underdeveloped bronchial tubes. I went from working fulltime as an accountant, to a stay at home mom.

Fast forward five years and my Goob is off to school. Kindergarten is a time when many parents can’t wait to see their little ones off, but for me, I was left with this feeling of loss. I honestly had no clue what I was going to do with my six and half hours a day (minus the two times I had to go give him breathing treatments) now that I didn’t have my Goob with me all day every day. That first day I literally sat outside his school and cried. Like, ugly cry until my face was red and puffy. I’m sure the other mothers thought I was a crazy woman, but I pretended I didn’t notice. The second day, my husband told me I needed to do something…that I couldn’t sit outside the school and cry all day. He said to go shopping. Usually, this would be great, because I had a blackbelt in shopping. Well, I had to wait for the mall to open; two hours after dropping my Goob off. Imagine what I looked like walking into the shopping center after one hundred and sixty minutes of crying. You get the picture? It was not pretty LOL.

As I walked down the hallway, thinking why am I here, I spotted a Waldon Books. For whatever reason, I took myself into that store, and I met a lady who took one look at me and said. “Sweetie, what’s wrong?”

The poor girl had no clue the floodgates were about to open. However, she listened and then handed me my very first romance book. Diana Palmer’s Carrera’s Bride. sigh I took the book, after crying and telling Suzy from Waldon Books my story, back to my son’s school. By the time the bell rang, signaling that school was over, I’d read that story from front to back. I panicked, thinking what was I going to do the next day. And that, was the beginning of my love affair with romance books. Of course, my tastes have evolved and changed, but I still, to this day love everything Diana Palmer has written, and will ever write.

I can honestly say, before picking up that first romance book, and reading the happily ever after at the end, I’d never thought how important it was to me as a person to need that escape from reality. Romance, whether it’s sweet, contemporary, paranormal, or whatever your preferred genre is, all have a common core, and that’s a happy ending. I read for pleasure and want to give my readers the same thing I was seeking. A place to escape for a little while that was safe, because you knew no matter what happened between the pages of a good book, by the end you always knew you’d get that happily ever after.

About the Author:

Elle Boon lives in Middle-Merica as she likes to say…with her husband, two kids, and a black lab who is more like a small pony. She’d never planned to be a writer, but when life threw her a curve, she swerved with it, since she’s athletically challenged. She’s known for saying “Bless Your Heart” and dropping lots of F-bombs, but she loves where this new journey has taken her.

She writes what she loves to read, and that is romance, whether it’s erotic or paranormal, as long as there is a happily ever after. Her biggest hope is that after readers have read one of her stories, they fall in love with her characters as much as she did. She loves creating new worlds, and has more stories just waiting to be written. Elle believes in happily ever afters, and can guarantee you will always get one with her stories.

She loves coffee…needs coffee…may not be considered human without the liquid gold, and only after the 2nd cup should you approach <3 However, she truly is a chatty one once properly caffeinated, so please drop her a pm or an email.
